We are happy to accept returns in exchange for store credit for whatever reason with a few conditions:
All sale items, markdowns, and gift card purchases are final sales.
Once your return is received and inspected please allow up to five business days for your return to be processed and credited to you. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your refund as fast as possible.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the item you want and return the other item for a refund. In this instance, refunds will be provided.
- Once your order has been received and processed, if in stock, it will ship within 72 hours. If the order is not in stock, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
- Please allow 5-7 days from actual shipping date for your order to arrive.
- Due to the sheer volume of orders during a sale or collection launch please allow additional time for delivery.
USA Domestic Orders
- All shipments within the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via First Class Mail. If you wish to have your order expedited please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you
- Shipments outside of the USA are shipped with the U.S. Postal Service via First Class or Priority Air Mail. Delivery may take from 5 days to 3 weeks depending on the destination country.
- Important: We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. Marco Marco is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-US shipments. In the event that an order shipped by Air Mail is lost en route, we must wait for the claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months. We are actively exploring alternative shipping options, but for now, USPS our only available carrier.
- Due to poor delivery we do not guarantee delivery or replace lost orders to the following countries: CHINA, MEXICO, BRAZIL, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MALAYSIA, SOUTH AFRICA.
